Since certain development types require special approvals we welcome to contract with the buyer/developer now so they can include their building plans. The close of this escrow will be based upon the approval of the Tentative Tract Map. Terms of the escrow terms can be negotiated, so if you have a buyer/developer we can create terms the work for everyone.
